An important key for leaders

Col 1:9-12  For this reason also, since the day we heard of it, we have not ceased to pray for you and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, 10 so that you will walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, [to please Him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and [m]increasing in the knowledge of God; 11 strengthened with all power, according to His glorious might, for the attaining of all steadfastness and patience; joyously 12 giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints in Light.

To leaders, when you have people in your life and are walking them through the new birth it is vital to keep them in prayer that they will see what the Lord has in store for them and that they are called to this holy calling.  We all want something great to be part of and that is just it.  We are part of a great nation, a royal people. God uses his body to share His good news to all people about what has been given to us ALL through Jesus, the anointed one. Because of Him we now have freedom and peace with God.  No longer do we need to be scared and afraid to approach him but the scripture says we can BODLY come to the throne of grace and obtain mercy in a time of need.  What a great place to be in.

Anyone can get to this place by believing on the name of the Lord Jesus and repenting of sin and accepting this new life in Christ. Romans 9 tells us that ANYONE who calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved.

Take a few minutes today and pray for those in your life that their eyes are opened and they see the blessing that God has put on them and that they continue in it.
